Goals 
My long-term goal is to get into sustainable automation - I want to build robotic systems that improve urban quality of life. I think I can apply my knowledge in robotics and cybersecurity, and generally computer engineering, to make large cities more sustainable and more equitable for everyone.
In the short term, I want to work in a less niche robotics field for a few years to gain experience. There are many options - manufacturing and industrial automation, for instance, or agricultural technology. To achieve this I need to graduate with the robotics thread, and continue attending career fairs to build connections and hopefully get an "in" to several companies.
I hope my projects will help me in this regard: my goal is to have done useful work on highly impactful personal projects before graduating, to demonstrate my ability to apply computer engineering effectively.
